Because of our position in Silicon Valley, which is only one mile away from downtown Sunnyvale and Caltrain, you’ll never be too far from the action of the city, but you’ll still have the ability to escape to your own little sanctuary when you need to.

The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment houses that we have recently remodeled all have contemporary fittings and fixtures that will make you feel perfectly at home. In addition to having your very own private patio or balcony, you will also get quartz countertops, wood plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, air conditioning, and dual windows to ensure that your home is comfortable year-round, whether it be summer or winter.

Yet the furnishings aren’t the only thing that set Blu Corporate Housing apart from other options. Over the entirety of your stay, we will keep you occupied and involved thanks to the vast array of community facilities that we provide. There are several options to be active and maintain a healthy lifestyle, since there are a total of four lighted tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, and an outdoor yoga deck. A revitalizing swim in any one of our three swimming pools or a lazy day spent basking in the warm rays of the sun is just what the doctor ordered. And if you’re seeking for some friendly competition, you can play some ping pong or pool in one of our two game rooms. Our dedication to the neighborhood extends well beyond the confines of the flats that we manage. Our company is happy to be a supporter of the Second Harvest Food Bank since our Promethean Outreach and Community Assistance program was developed with the intention of bringing about good change in the communities that we serve. Because of the cooperation that we have, this year we will be able to provide an additional 30,000 meals for the people living in the Sunnyvale region.
