Like all cities, Colorado Springs is made up of a number of neighborhoods with different characteristics, strengths and weaknesses. If you’re considering one of our corporate rentals, it will help to know some of the better areas so you can better enjoy your time here.
So here are some of the many neighborhoods that we offer furnished housing in:
Northgate is a newer area of the city overlooking the Air Force Academy. It’s nice, has easy access to the I-25. For new or custom housing, Northgate is a good place to look.
Black Forest is near Northgate but isn’t as built up. Properties here have lots of land and border forest and prairie. There are lots of parks and outdoors to enjoy up here.
Briargate is a planned community ideal for families. It’s safe, has lots of amenities and lots to do. It’s also near major routes to the city and major employers so is a firm favorite.
Powers Corridor is a thin neighborhood full of 1980s houses and lots of amenities, malls and stores. There’s a lot here for families and individuals and is another favorite.
Falcon is another rapidly growing area that includes Peyton. With great views of Pikes Peak and lots of prairie land around, there’s a lot to like here. Transport links are being steadily improved too.
Central Colorado Springs has a huge mix of properties from apartments to condos and family homes too. There’s a lot going on, a lot to see and do and easy access to everything. We have many furnished apartments here.
Manitou Springs is a small town just outside the city but is regarded as part of it. It’s near Pikes Peak and has a character all of its own. It’s neat, tidy and safe. It also has a wide variety of property types.
Old Colorado City is the original part of the old city and still has many older properties. With some over a century old, they hold their own amongst the more modern communities.
Fountain Valley is quite, relaxed and a nice place to be. A ten minute drive from the city brings you right into the community. It has all its own amenities with easy access to everything else in the city.
Rock Creek is south of Colorado Springs along Highway 115 and is a nice, rural area near Fort Carson. It’s quiet, hilly, forested and traditional. It’s lovely here.
Tri-Lakes is near the city and is regarded as one of the nicest places to live in the area. It’s a short drive to Colorado Springs, between here and Denver and has beautiful scenery and nice communities.
