We have many different studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts available in our freshly remodeled houses to accommodate a wide range of needs. Plush carpets, hardwood flooring, and gorgeous mirrored closet doors are just a few of the luxurious touches that will greet you the moment you enter your new apartment.

Blu Apartments values its residents and their connections to the surrounding community, which is why we provide a wide variety of features and services. If you’re looking to unwind after a busy day, our resort-style pool and hot tub are just the ticket. Play a friendly game of tennis, basketball, or pickleball with a neighbor. Have a lunch outside with your four-legged friends at our on-site dog park and use one of our eight built-in gas barbecue grills and picnic spots. Within, you’ll find a business center with internet access, a resident lounge, and a laundry room open around the clock to make sure you always have what you need. For the safety and security of our inhabitants, we have a gated community and a security patrol that works at night.

Blu Apartments are conveniently located near the 101 freeway, making commuting to and from work a breeze. Residents also have quick and easy access to Warner Center’s finest eating and retail destinations, including Woodland Hills Recreation Center, Westfield Promenade, and The Village. Whether you like to spend your time outside or indoors, you will never be bored.

Two pets per unit are allowed at Blu Apartments. There is a $400 pet deposit per pet and a $40 pet rent per pet each month, and all pets must be approved by management. Depending on local regulations, you may also be asked to produce proof of a pet license and a photograph of your pet. Spaying and neutering your dogs is required.

Your new home has plenty of room for furniture and belongings, with comfortable fixtures and fittings that make you feel right at home. All apartments include ceiling fans, energy-efficient kitchens, and improved appliances, and some also have balconies, courtyards, and private entry. The open layout, new cabinetry, and sleek counters make it as at home for hosting gatherings as it is for quiet nights in. We have both furnished and unfurnished choices available for our corporate rentals, and we can accommodate both short and long-term stays.
